Our "Complete Care" Gold Boiler Service Package is designed to ensure your heating system operates efficiently and safely throughout the year, offering peace of mind and comprehensive support.

The Silver Plan is focused on preventive maintenance and safety checks, including:

Annual Boiler Service: A thorough inspection and service, including gas analysis, flue and pipework inspection, and standard operational checks to ensure compliance with Gas Safety Regulations.

Boiler & Unvented Cylinder Service: Yearly service complemented by a free reminder via text and email. Includes a full service of the unvented cylinder, a full strip service when needed, including seals, with an emailed PDF gas certificate & G3 cylinder certificate.

Visual Inspection: Includes hot water cylinders, providing a comprehensive service report.

Gas tightness test and radiator bleeding for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Note: This plan is not an insurance policy and does not cover fault finding, replacement of parts, or repairs.
Exclusions
The Silver Plan does not include:

Repairs to any part of the boiler, external controls, valves, radiator valves, TRVs, or any other components.

Fault finding or replacement of parts.

Repairs of any safety devices or fault finding of any issues.

Any services not explicitly listed in the "Package Inclusions" section.
Service Charge

The first service under the Silver Plan is offered at a discounted rate of £75 + VAT, normally priced at £145 + VAT. This initial service fee is required to activate the plan.
Coverage Area

Service coverage under the Silver Plan is available exclusively to residents within West Sussex and East Sussex.
Terms of Service and Cancellation

Duration: The Silver Plan requires a minimum commitment of 12 months, continuing on a rolling basis thereafter. A fixed price guarantee is in place, ensuring no future price increases for the duration of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy: Details regarding the cancellation process, including any potential fees for early termination, are outlined to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
General Provisions

Compliance and Safety: All services performed under the Silver Plan adhere strictly to Gas Safe regulations and local building control authority standards.
